Pat Cooksey, writer of folk song classics THE SICK NOTE, THE REASON I LEFT MULLINGAR, and many others, will be in England in March for the first time in seven years, and will be playing at THE FOUR PROVINCES SOCIAL CLUB, Allesley Old Road, in Coventry on Thursday 13th March, only a stones throw from the Dyers Arms, where THE SICK NOTE was first performed 33 years ago. Pat has just finished a totally sold out tour here in Bavaria with Sean Cannon of the Dubliners, and looks forward to meeting his many friends in Coventry once again.
