Good for you, Sorcha. I knew you could do it, and break into the ranks of highly paid professional musicians. I used to tell folks that I am a nurse because I can't feed my family on an average of 37 dollars a year in tips. I've recently moved up into the 400-500 dollar range, (yearly, that is).
Even with this dramatic increase in wages, most of my creditors seem to prefer monthly payments, not yearly based on my income. Catch 22.
Thanks, and keep playing for folks. You'll be surprised where it leads. We ended up playing for a couples 50'th wedding anniversery party, in a classy restaraunt because they liked what we played at "Art in the Park", in our town of <1000 people. BlueJay
