Surely the isuue of Payment is crucial to whether the event is licensable or not? From the above postings it seems to me that this is the best defence - any way of getting chapter and verse on this ready for Tuesday? Also the involvement of local(opposition ) councillors, is good too - but only if we convince them that we have a case. the media might be sympathetic anyway...sounds like a good case to launch a campaign "SOS - Save Our Session".
