Okay, gang.

Any preferences among you songwriters out there? I'm at the point where I need to join one or the other (or Sesac, I guess) and find most of the people I know personally went with BMI because, I guess, years ago it was a lot easier to join them or something?

I write in an acoustic/folky vein, definately not a pop or top-40 country mode... I'm not aggressively looking to peddle my songs, but I am trying to get them in more people's hands and hope maybe a few covers might come from it. I also perform live on a local basis from time to time.
