You get to work late every day because you picked up your guitar to practice "just one song" before going in. One song leads to another. An hour later you realise you still haven't cleaned your teeth, washed your hair & ironed you clothes........ Worse than that though, is when you find a kindred spirit to go for a quick jam at lunchtimes...... one tune leads to another..... etc etc
