I listen to music a bunch at work and it's probably mostly distracting. I stare out the window alot too and that's distracting but I don't take a cigarette break ever... The only music that seems to enhance my working is Baroque. Don't know why. I think it helps me focus my brain. I do find when I particularly need to concentrate, I turn the music off. I wonder how much improved our driving would be if we didn't listen to music in the car? Emily B
