It says: "Taxes were the second most frequently featured issue area (32 stories). Sixty-three sources, mainly the candidates, debated tax policy. A strong majority (65%), led by George Bush and Bill Clinton, called for cutting taxes. Only 13 percent called for higher taxes; the other 22 percent argued for leaving tax rates alone."
