Here's a little factual tidbit about "Mockingbird Hill" The Dining Sisters recorded it in 1951 It was a big hit, on all the juke boxes because they added a little yodel after each chorus that went, "Tweede-ly dee dee, F--- you Tweedely dee dee hoo ha tweedle dee, tweedle dee, tweedle dee Tweede-ly dee dee, F--- you tweede=ly dee dee hoo ha tweedle dum tweedle do tweedle you" Everyone thought, "It couldn't be, what we're hearing, they wouldn't dare" But they did, or so I've been led to believe. I heard it on the Juke box at the Port of embarcation "rec" room on Treasure Island (San Francisco) when I was on my way to Korea Jody.
