This song, "And the band played on" was done once or twice on Chicago Hope by one of the actors. I don't know his name. He was very talented,played piano and sang. He added some words of love to his wife who was in a mental institution.

His character was a brilliant surgeon and leader and I would like to know his name and also where I might hear his version of this great old song. Jeep
