Very many thanks to both of you for attempting to find this for me.
I have been to both sites, and I agree with you Smallpiper that the
instruments and dates are very much as I tried to describe them.
Going through their list of records however doesn't bring out
anything with a title that looks as if it sounds anything like the
one given on the track (if that makes sense). But thanks once again for a good try.

Malcome, I think that you may have come very much closer to the mark
with your message, (I would never have guessed by the way that it
was spelt "Gael Linn"), On searching this site I came across an
album in commemoration of the Irish poet Peadar O'Doinin (1702 - 1769)
with the title of " O' Riada Sa Gaiety " which would pretty well
match what I'm hearing on the track. I think that I'm getting close.

I will dig a bit further and peruse a bit more and then see about contacting Gael Linn.
