I don't know if it's of any interest to any of the cater's in Roscommon, but I have a gig at Lough Key Forest Park out side Boyle on 13th, 14th, 15th, August.

Curleus 400 Festival

Friday 13th???

Boyle 16th Century Market Day

Monster Ceili & Set Dancing

Saturday 14th.

'Son et Lumiere' at Boyle Abbey

And a small battle Re-enactment.

Sunday 15th.

The full Re-enactment of the battle of the Curleus.

And on al three days there are craft traders will be trading.

It shod be a good weekend I'll be there running the Northland Mercenaries Re-enactment group, with The Cu-Glas Irish Re-enactment group. If any caters get that way give me a call there are several other caters that will be there and we'd be glad to meet you.
