Not to beat a dead horse, but if memory serves me Muddy Waters recorded "Rolling Stone" or "I'm A Rolling Stone" in the early 50's. Pre-Elvis 50's. The Stones were enamored with the whole blues sound; they covered a lot of blues material on the early albums, and named one of those albums after Chess Records' address in Chicago. Maybe recorded some of it there. I'm sure it's on a web site somewhere. Bill
