There must be some old hippies on the Mudcat who have played elaborate public pranks in the old days, to prove some political or social point, or just to cause a kerfuffle in the press. I liked reading about the one where the man claimed to be opening a bordello for dogs (motto "Let Your Dog Get A Little Tail") Apparently he had the press fooled for weeks.
