it could be anything...beautiful and sunny, or foggy like it was last year, or drizzly which is the default for Washington, or some good strong storms. I would vote for a bit of overcast and drizzle but it shouldn't be too cold..probably be in the 50s...but October is usually one of the nicest months up here. mg
