No problem with that Amos. It's just set by cables and jumpers. Not a config I'd use though.

If BIOS is detecting a disk but Windows is not, it is often a case of formats changing, e.g. even my Windows 2000 pro is too stupid to see a linux disk even though my Linux can recognise FAT32 and NTFS...

That doesn't seem to be the case here though (unless McGrath managed 98 on the first disk and it had something like 2000 under FAT32. 98 is too stupid even to work out it's own cousin - NT file system).
