Re-check any connections you made/unmade. Bent pins are a lot more common than you think:-( But if you only disconnected the power cable it should be OK. (They'd be a bit of a bugger to bend!)
From your output you have a 10Gb primary IDE master and a 40Gb secondary IDE master. I would put them both, or have them put, on the Primary IDE as master and slave. This does mean setting the jumpers as described above but you will end up with a more common setup and it would become easier to troubleshoot.
I would also concur with the comment about setting the IDE channels to auto-detect in the BIOS. I would offer to help physicaly if I was a bit nearer but I am sure you can manage it yourself, Kevin:-)
