To all Mudcatters who wished me Happy Birthday, today:

I am very touched to be hearing from fellow musicians (though I am not in folk music.) As Kat told you this is my first B-day without my mom on the Earth plane, so it is somewhat poignant. She was, among other things, my first piano teacher and just before her passing, she once again, read me the "riot act" about promoting my musical "gift".
