I've just noticed that the system seems to have drooped out part of one of the questions - probably my fault for using triangular brackets.

7) "Up the River our troops shall Advance,
    To the Grenadiers' March, we will teach them to Dance"
    Cape Breton, we've taken...."

should read

7) "Up the River [insert name here] our troops shall Advance,
   "To the Grenadiers' March, we will teach them to Dance
   "Cape Breton, we've taken...."

Not that it matters, those that have answered it have got it right anyway.
