I've said my piece, but I do have to chuckle how much this reminding me of the Monty Python sketch where a group of old codgers are sitting around reminiscing about how rough their childhood was and each one making up a more preposterous story of how difficult they had it.   After complaining about being beaten, waking up before going to bed, working 26 hours a day and so for - they ended with "but those were the good old days - try telling that to the youth today!"

It is obvious that people do not have any compassion these days (that is one of the major problems with the world) and they always have to compare one problem to a bigger tragedy. They blame the media, yet it seems that everyone hear must have been glued to their sets. Inaction in action!!!

I haven't heard anyone feeling sorry for the dinosaurs. If only more people were concerned perhaps they could have stopped that asteroid and those poor dinosaurs would be roaming the globe today.   Damn inconsiderate bastards - all of you!!!!!
