beer/ale is the only thing I can stomach that contains malt!   On *very* rare occasions malted milk balls - but then I am usually so sick the next day that I don't touch them again for five or six years...I can gag down a chocolate malt if I have to...but *shudder* GAG down is exactly it...

Guiness shakes aren't bad...
