Wyoming, US. Housing and costs are cheap, but jobs limited and the Folk scene is nearly non existant. 3 BR house here will run %30,000-$80,000, and utilities about $200/mo. BUT as I said, jobs are nearly non existant except for food service and crap like that. Music is mostly Kuntry and Bluegrass.
