Shoot the television. Do the walkin' or joggin' or whatever through the lovely hills and hollers of West By God Virginia. (If they're not too Rotweiler and Pit Bull infested.) Reserve the treadmill for use during nasty weather and, if the P-Vine just has to have some entertainment while treadmillin', let her listen to Books on Tape.
