As you know, I make it my business to monitor all threads to find distressed patients in need and, indeed, Mr Hardly has been a sometime visitor there...even taking over locum duties in my unavaoidable absence.

Unfortunately, there has not been a lot for me to do lately although this thread indicates that things are once again "on the turn"! As you know, my professional ethics prevent me from "soliciting" business.
