It's always a bit difficult to get through to his retirement home as two of the ladies (Bertha and Elizabeth) are running a sort of chatline (you've probably received spam about "Nubile young teenagers would like to discuss sex problems") and matron is usually seeking spiritual advice from the new young vicar.
