John- no problem as far as I'm concerned (I help with the singaround at the mount) - I was just somewhat surprised re. enthusiasm as I have yet to me two more enthusiastic people than Rusty and Stu (Festival Ceilidh Band and young peoples events)

As you say the events are made by the people who turn up - and Friday is just "Kick Off" so many people haven't got in the mood - which is one of the reasons for the sessions.....

As you can see from the smattering of events I've mentioned above there's a lot to choose from and there's always Ron's Guided Tour at 3pm leaving the mount..... he might even sing u a song.....!

What about all you singist, coming to the Mount "Singaround" choosing a few Happy songs? no donkeys dying or ships sinking till Saturday???    ;-)


Let's face it we're all there to have a good time - and as Alan says it is the "Friendly Festival" ..............
