I have been using a "Bird of Paradise" capo for the last eight years and I'm very pleased with it. Both "Bride Judy" and I have arthritis so I'm well aware and sensitive to your situation. I may have the only "Bird of Paradise" capo in captivity as I've never seen another. I'll try to describe it: it's large, made of composite black material and bright orage plastic. It's really quite handsome and actually resembles the "Bird of Paradise" flower from the tropics. It's a cam action and all the pieces are large, meaning easy to grasp and move.
