Mickey-Joe Harte and a group of 15 musicians have been refused entry to the US. The reason? Some apparatchik decided that because they were coming in to play a charity gig (for a friend's medical bills for his cancer treatment in the US), and because people would be paying in to the gig, they needed a working visa.
