Just an added bit of info...

I dropped my intellitouch...the tuner held up fine, still works, but the clamp came apart and I lost the insides.

I sent an email to the folks at Intellitouch, and, Lo and Behold! they sent me, NEXT DAY AND FREE OF CHARGE, a new clamp assembly to attach to my tuner.

I like the tuner--it works great for everything I need it for.
I was utterly amazed at the company's service policy!
