That's the standard John Manifold arrangement of "Frank The Poet's" ironically named A Convict's Lament on the Death of Captain Logan. What Forsh is after is a totally different song - a parody of the Barry Humphries song Chunder in the Old Pacific Sea ... with Moreton Bay local references.
