The answer is you can't but most people cannot comprehend they are being abused in that way.

The logical answer is always since 'Mr X is a Y' where he isn't and never was, is simply false so the question presupposes the conclusion, therefore the answer 'it is false that Mr X ... and this question is LOADED etc' disposes of the assumption.
