If you are still as red as a lobster, do this. Get some shaving cream, any kind, and spread it over the burned skin. Let it stay for at least 15 minutes. During this time, the heat deep in your skin will be expended in the effort of breaking up the tough bubbles in the shaving cream.

After 15 minutes, shower it off.
