nancyjo, Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that cover in 36 years and I see my memory is faulty. It's George with the doll's head on his finger and I don't see any sharp instruments nor blood stains. Still, the site refers to it as the “butcher” cover and, at the time, we all thought it was made to look as though they'd been butchering babies.
