I just have a quick question. Is this actually an old folk song, or did Ms. Keen write it? The version I have cites her as the author/composer (both lyric and music) in 1993. Does anyone know if this is the case, or if she based her version on an older song? Any information I can glean would be much appreciated. I'm researching this in conjunction with a massive university project, but I can't seem to make any headway. Thank you in advance.
