Did I mention that I once met Heston long ago? I gave him a tour of a copper mine in British Columbia (and I can't very well have made that up, now can I?) He was a pompous, humourless shit who didn't think my jokes were funny, much like your generic mudcatter. Anyway, with no love lost, and with no knowledge of filmamking, with not having seen the *&^*&^ movie so thereby violating my oath of silence while ignorant, I still say: The editing of the part "I said to the Mayor. . . We're already here!" Sounds pretty tacky and is surely something I couldn't bring myself to do if I were a filmamker, which I'm not. Anyway, I'll see the movie this weekend.
