Lots of stuff on Atlantic TV today--two deaths in Halifax--both from trees falling on vehicles-- a lot of damage on the historic waterfront (including a restaurant where I ate when I was there in May), zillions of trees down, 100,000 without power.

It sure seems to be concentrated in the Halifax area, and a bit east--I hear Peggy's Cove is a mess. Looking at the storm track, though Gnu, I'm surprised you didn't get more in Moncton. The path seemed to go right through there enroute to Charlottetown PEI which got pasted pretty good also. (But it's election day in PEI so a hurricane trashing the capital is a secondary annoyance. Seems they take their politics seriously).

Let's hope for no more casualties. Halifax's tourism theme is "great disasters" but they don't need any more.
