Just saw Cold Water Creek and it is stupid-weird. don't waste your money. I thought with Dennis Quaid it was worth a try. Wrong.

Fighting Temptations was also about the tritest hackneyed plot line ever but I ended up liking it anyway -- just the music, I think. went to see it just because of Chuck Larsen's bit part. Chuck was one of the prominent storytellers who dies last spring and he was the guy playing the nose flute at choir auditions. Weird.
