I still do not believe that anyone can fail to believe something. They can believe it or not believe it. They can choose to believe or not believe. They can decide to believe or not to believe. But they cannot fail to believe! It's ridiculous. It would be like failing to exist (or not).

This implies failure on such a massive scale that I am surprised you dare to admit to it on a public forum... :-)
