Ham, Cheese, & Tomato, Toasted. (Closed style)

The trick is to get the right sort of cheese that has taste and melts, but is not too runny.

You can fake this in a Microwave, and it's quicker.

Make 2 pieces of toast, apply ingredients while still hot, (a tiny srape of Hot English Mustard adds to the taste!) place second toast slice on top, then place in M/V, and zap for the minumum time necessary to just melt the cheese.
