Good lord - my mother's constituency stayed Conservative! (Not for the want of my mother trying, I hasten to add.) I'm gobsmacked.

Well, 'yippee' as far as 'Tories out' are concerned, anyway.
I moved to Wales in 1980 and the last time I voted in Canada, I voted Rhino. They used to do the best Party Political Broadcasts. I remember one that was just hand-puppets. Joe Clark wore Idiot Mitts. Won me over!
