No kidding. I was watching the actual numbers and there were still alot of Tory voters. If so many folks hadn't voted Liberal just to prevent a Tory return, the NDP could have doubled (or more) their numbers and the Tories still wouldn't have been elected. The mood at the Canadian Auto Workers Education Centre where I watched the returns on TV was mixed, all were glad of the Tory defeat and sorry for the NDP defeat. Hampton is a good and decent leader, too bad his influence will be diminished.
