Mooh...not sure about what might be appropriate while playing, but something like bag balm, lanolin, etc. used at night under light cotton gloves, often helps in general.

Any way you can avoid latex gloves...I've sure heard a lot of complaints about side effects. Sometimes it's the powder dusted inside them, and there are now powderfree gloves available.
