Apartment owners in the Brussels district of Marolles are opening their homes to folk music (house concerts basically) played by the diverse inhabitants of the district. From what I saw, you'll get a pretting interesting mix of African, Breton, and Irish tunes. Haven't made it there yet, but if any Catters go, please update!
