Brett, yes. I didn't feel comfortable with authority then either. At least not bossing people around. My style was more along the lines of "You people know what you're supposed to be doing. Let me know what you need from me to do it." Dealing with the occasional people problems caused me a great deal of stress, and I'm glad they did - means my conscience was working. For the most part, trusting people inspires trustworthy behavior. Treating them like bad children leads to them behaving like bad children. I just really hated when they acted like that with no provocation and I hated dealing with it.

The really important word that's missing from your tuba description is 'fermented', right? I've had plenty of coconut juice and I never had any problems standing up after drinking it.
