if the image will display and print..it DOES exist on your machine. You need to know exactly where the program (which program? Outlook?) stores it...from there you can open it, copy it, etc....Look in the defaults of your email program and see if you can find & control where attachments are kept..(I NEVER save anything to the desktop, but always in a file of my choosing, so I don't know if that is part of the problem...and once it is in a file, even if it is still the email attachment file, I use a separate picture viewer to open it and print it...etc...)
