for such services but I think you're right...I should be officially recognized by the Brussels Government (one of three Belgian Governments) for cheering the place up (even to the extent of 'Catting Brussels for the 2002 EuroGathering). All 'Catters should therefore nominate me to Mr Jos Chabert, Minister of Culture for the Brussels region (of course praising local Brussels gueuze beer in the communication in order to get on the right side of him!).
