Michael J. Pollard (quirky)
Peter O'Toole (Regal)
Richard Briers (Just a bit Daffy)
Bruce Campbell (Just cuz)
A few guys in "The Full Monty" (The security guard especially)

The actor who playe Captain Pellew in the recent "Hornnblower" series would certainly get my vote.
