Well they seem to have disappeared, and the recycle bin is empty.Nothing is listed in Red under Display manager. But I can't figure out how to open the box. The lights do go on, so something activates when I put in a CD. So I'll give Dell a call tommorrow while the kids are in school and I can concentrate. If I suddenly disappear for a few days you know why.
