Judging from everyone's research and contributions, it seems pretty obvious that this guy's not on the up and up. I almost sent him a CD but I'm glad I went to the Mudcat first.
It's not so much the free CD and mailing costs that bother me. It's the idea that he'd scam people like that and get their hopes up about a European review. I hope noone falls for this scam.
