Not a horror as such but a very tense thriller with Donald Sutherland following a little red duffle coat around somewhere in Italy. The only film that ever had me that on the edge of my seat that I fell off when the twist at the end came!

Can anyone remind me what it is called? And don't spoil the end for anyone who ain't seen it;-)
