They are calling it the "Overland" fire and apparently it is up near the old mining town of Jamestown, which they say was saved by the weather. Over 300 homes were evacuated, but it looks as though they've been allowed to return, though a few homes were lost. There's more HERE. I hope he is safe. The weather is cooperating, at least.
